Episode 17 - Obligation (Before)

Is the feeling of Obligation a positive thing or a negative thing? How does it differ from responsibly? Are most Obligations a burden? I don't know if we go to the bottom of any of these questions but we certainly did have a spirited conversation about the idea of Obligations
